Spectrum Property & Projects was exclusively mandated to purchase $200 mil (AUD) worth of retail and commercial assets for and on behalf of Allianz Australia Insurance Limited.

On behalf of its client, Spectrum Property & Projects completed the acquisition of the Aspley Village Shopping Centre in Brisbane worth $63 million. The centre consists of a Coles Supermarket, approximately 25 specialty shops including fresh food, convenience shopping, alfresco dining and undercover parking for approximately 470 cars.
