The circa $7 million purchase was managed by Spectrum from initial client brief, site identification, due diligence and purchase transaction. Spectrum identified the opportunity to seek statutory approval to redevelop this three level 1,500sqm building into a six level 3,000sqm building adding significant value for the Australian Catholic University.

Spectrum acted as project director for the circa $22 million redevelopment project which houses a modern health sciences facility.
