OFFICE FITOUT & AMENITIES UPGRADES
Located on the banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River in Southbank, Riverside Quay is a modern precinct comprising four, low-rise A grade commercial buildings. The precinct has undergone a significant ground plane redevelopment, including 15 F&B retailers including dine-in,take away and boutique coffee shops.
As the project manager Spectrum Property & Projects were engaged by Mirvac to manage the fitout of Levels 8 & 9 including Amenities and Lift Lobby upgrades.
The fitout design incorporated Mirvac’s “future of the office” concept with consideration for sustainability and technology initiatives. Following Mirvac feedback Spectrum delivered a brand-new end of trip facility which further enhanced the tenant experience in the building. The amenities are now easier to access via a centralised locationand incorporatebest-in-class design.
The works were delivered ahead of programme with minimal disruption to building tenants. In conjunction with our project partnersMPA the project team successfully delivered an overhaul of external finishes on a design and construct basis.
