This significant site within the City of Sydney required a building of high architectural quality. Spectrum Property & Projects managed a design competition for the selection of the Architect which concluded in the appointment of FJMT.

The site is constrained resulting in the majority of the building being underground. Spectrum managed an extensive stakeholder consultation process to develop the brief and strategically manage external stakeholder engagement with Council and the Heritage Office.
