Spectrum Property & Projects is the Development Manager for the St Andrew’s College Master Plan Strategy. Spectrum Property & Projects has recently overseen the Stage 1 DA Approval for refurbishment and extension of the existing Thyne and Reid student accommodation buildings, including a link extension to the accommodation facility yielding over 80 new student beds. Spectrum is currently the Project Manager for the construction of this facility which is die to commence mid 2018 with completion due early 2020.
