Spectrum undertook tenancy coordination services along with compliance and ground plane upgrades. Google now occupies whole building and their fit out includes interior upgrades along with increased floor occupancy ratios, state-of-the-art facilities and technology upgrades. Spectrum also managed the ground floor refurbishment.
