Project Details
Spectrum is currently providing practical property due
diligence advice on behalf of a financier for BTR project in
Melbourne. Acting in the capacity of Lenders Project
Consultant, Spectrum is assessing the project from a
timeline, cost and risk perspective, reviewing key
documentation including construction tender documentation
and contracts and requesting further documentation/
information through the issue of RFIs and interviews with
key project stakeholders.
Overview & Approach
- To support the increased student numbers resulting from the expansion of the College, the catering facilities were replaced to meet future demand and provide upgraded facilities .
- The new facility addresses all functional issues including capacity, circulation, storage, equipment quality and capacity, ventilation, safety and finishes. It also includes replacement of the existing roof and a new lift to address access issues in the building.
