client, Spectrum completed the acquisition of the Aspley
Village Shopping Centre in Brisbane worth $63 million.

- Spectrum Property & Projects was exclusively mandated to purchase $200 mil (AUD) worth of retail and commercial assets for and on behalf of Allianz Australia Insurance Limited. On behalf of its client, Spectrum completed the acquisition of the Aspley Village Shopping Centre in Brisbane worth $63 million. The centre consists of a Coles Supermarket, approximately 25 specialty shops including fresh food, convenience shopping, alfresco dining and undercover parking for approximately 470 cars.
