Spectrum was engaged by the AIS to act as the client Project Manager, overseeing a single floor fit-out (approx. 735sqm) at the AIS offices. The scope of works included the refurbishment of the reception, breakout areas, meeting rooms, training rooms, office administration areas, and on floor amenities.
