Spectrum were engaged by Mirvac to manage spec fit out works to 60 Margaret St. Spectrum managed multiple detailed project briefs, finalised the scopes, and design, to ensure the asset remained competitive in the leasing market. Works also included amenity & on floor lobby upgrades.
