Project Details
Spectrum Property & Projects was engaged to manage the two-level tenancy fit-out for Abacus’ incoming tenant. With construction works commencing in early April 2020, careful consideration had to be given to COVID-19 procedures to successfully maintain the 8-week programme which involved the construction and certification of Zone 4 security areas.
