The project at 4 Martin Place involved the potential
conversion of a carpark into upmarket retail to provide
three commercial tenancies with alfresco dining. It faces the
highly desirable Angel Place precinct, which forms part of
the City of Sydney’s Laneway Revitalisation Strategy,
designed to reactivate a number of Sydney’s historically
significant laneways.
