This feasibility project involved the proposed repositioning of the asset and base building upgrades, including services and BCA, lobby improvements, a retail precinct and end-of trip facilities. Spectrum assisted Investa as the co-owner’s representative, working with Brookfield (Co-Owner) during the feasibility phase.
