This feasibility project involved the proposed repositioning of the asset and base building upgrades, including services and BCA, lobby improvements, a new dedicated client reception, lift upgrades, end-of-trip facilities and a childcare facility. Spectrum acted as client project manager for the initial due diligence and concept design.
