This 38,000sqm, “A” grade office asset was jointly owned
by Allianz Verzischerung (Az Verz) and the Charter Hall
Office Fund. Spectrum managed this asset on behalf for
Allianz since Mid-2006 to Mid-2018 when the Az Verz share
was sold to Charter Hall. Spectrum actively negotiated over
50,000 sqm of leases with new and current tenants.
