Project Details
Base building refurbishment which included structural
modifications, façade alterations, plus an upgrade of
services serving the commercial tower and retail units. The
project included connectivity to the basement levels and the
reconfiguration of the retail level to form three retail
premises across the ground and lower ground floors to
house MJ Bale, Joe & The Juice and Long Chim restaurant.
