Spectrum managed the base building upgrade (including
HVAC and services upgrades) of the heritage-significant
6,000sqm building, the former Bushells Tea Building, at 121
Harrington Street at the Rocks. Spectrum coordinated the
leasing of the full building to the Havas Group.
