Phase 1 had a value of approximately $5 million. Total project value is approx $25 million. Spectrum Property & Projects also acted as the Dymocks client representative in relation to the Mid City development in the Sydney CBD. Bovis Lend Lease was the Mid City contractor.
Spectrum Property & Projects was Project Manager for a $2.1mil refurbishment of the Dymocks Stationery and Bookstore on the ground floor of the Dymocks flagship George St store.
