Spectrum Property & Projects was engaged by the Association of Independent Schools NSW (AIS) to act as the client Project Manager, overseeing a single floor fit-out (approx. 735m2) at the AIS offices. The scope of works included the refurbishment of the reception areas, breakout areas, meeting rooms, training rooms, office administration areas, and on floor amenities.
