The project at 4 Martin Place involved a conversion of a car park into upmarket retail to provide 3 commercial tenancies with alfresco dining facing the highly desirable Angel Place precinct, which forms part of the City of Sydney’s Laneway Revitalisation Strategy, designed to reactivate a number of Sydney’s historically significant laneways.
