Spectrum Property & Projects managed the base building refurbishment of 14 Martin Place which included structural modifications, façade alterations, an upgrade of building services serving the Commercial tower and retail units. Connectivity to the basement levels and the reconfiguration of the retail level to form three retail premises across the ground and lower ground floors to house MJ Bale, a Cafe and a large format Asian restaurant.
