121 Harrington Street Refurbishment
Spectrum Property & Projects managed the base building upgrade of the heritage significant 6,000 sqm building, the former Bushells Tea Building at 121 Harrington Street, which included refurbishment of all office floors, carpark, atrium lobby and amenities of the building. Key elements of the upgrade included; increasing the population density on each floor to an average of 8.5m2 per person from the current design parameters of 10m2 per person. Provision of a new End of Trip Facility. Upgraded atrium lobby including paint finishes, floor finishes and services.
Spectrum coordinated the leasing of the building to the Havas Group.
